Analysis of site behavior, channel engagement, campaign success by segment, business unit and channel mix. ? Leverage behavioral data in Adobe Analytics to build, distribute and maintain reports, dashboard and user guides. ? Utilize reporting interface in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot to provide campaign results and merge data sets for comprehensive insight. ? Manage voice of customer (VOC) platform, analyze data, and provide recommendations for targeted surveys. ? Develop a process to integrate data streams allowing for a transparent conversion funnel for each business unit. ? Work with an agile IT team to develop tracking for added functionality, integrations and additions to the digital portfolio ? Manage automated testing scripts to ensure effective tracking of all digital assets. ? Manage the digital voice of customer surveys by working with UX and other internal teams to develop and execute targeted specific VOC surveys across the site. ? Fulfill data and analysis requests from internal and external clients. ? Serve as the analytics consultant for the marketing campaign teams by providing best practices in defining success, reporting guidelines and validation of tracking. ? Find actionable insights by merging and analyzing data from disparate internal and external data sources using data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau, and/or Alteryx.
