Description:
Data Entry Processing Coordinator

• The Data Entry Processor is responsible for supporting the Customer Management Coordinator, which serves both the Retail Sales team as well as the Food Service Vend team. Responsibilities will provide the Coordinator a broad range of support, including the ordering of equipment in various systems (ePOP, MSI, NEO), tracking of shipments, and interaction cross-functionally with Global Procurement and external Suppliers.
• Submit equipment order requests from internal field sales and customer team members.
• Troubleshoot delivery conflicts and initiate damage claims requests with third party logistic companies.
• Perform tracking and reporting of multi-period and multi-regional equipment initiatives.
• Facilitate order changes and short lead time requests.
• Work alongside External Support Labor team to fulfill equipment requests and provide troubleshooting assistance in resolving scheduling conflicts arising from equipment availability and delivery issues.
• Help maintain MSI/NEO websites, database and reporting systems using HTML, SQL, ODBC connections, MS Excel and MS Access.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Strong computer skills, ability to quickly learn and master a custom application.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Master internal systems - ordering systems (ePOP, MSI, NEO), accounting/financial (JE''s, PO''s, etc…).
• Customer service or logistics management experience.
• Preferred experience in financial analysis, statistics, accounting, etc.
• Analytical aptitude; be able to separate and categorize data, then apply logic to make decisions.
• Good communication and follow-up, both with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
