Compensation: $150,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year

In support of our marketing strategy, you will play a key role in development of our messaging and content. Communications Director will be responsible for brand development, content strategy, social media and social media engagement strategy, and analyzing ROI. With your deep understanding of communications best practices, you will amplify our brand. Responsibilities: ? Execute to our communications strategy, specifically for corporate, customer segments and internally: o In partnership with our agency of record, amplify our corporate communications strategy and drive a return on investment with the delivery of editorial storytelling and editorial content through press releases, press, media support and collateral. o Execute customer segment communications through email marketing, blogs, advertisements and website copy. o Oversee internal communications for all of our current channels, including: tvs, intranet, email and print. ? In partnership with our agency, manage social media to our strategy in the following ways: o Daily management of our corporate and customer segment voices on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. o Execute our PSI social engagement strategy, partnering with internal business partners to support corporate and PSI and collaborate with the team as needed. o Create and analyze weekly/ monthly/ quarterly social reports and share these insights, as well as your point of view for continued success. o Consistently increase our social media following as the byproduct of sharing our brand story, building new campaigns across all channels and determine how to elevate our brand story messaging and identify opportunities to engage with our online audience. o Govern all platforms for the company. o Work with in-house design team for social media visuals. ? Utilize analytics to optimize and measure ROI across all channels, including website traffic, email marketing and social media. ? Execute special projects.
