Work Hours/Shift:

  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Supports Executive Director with the organization’s daily activities within the scope of the organizations mission
  • Supports AdventHealth physician well-being program development, marketing and deployment
  • Schedules and forecasts planning for special events (in-person or virtual) that publicize the organization and its programs
  • Establishes fundraising and development goals, identifies potential donors or sources of funding, and plans outreach strategies
  • Attends key meetings and works with leadership regarding discussions for timely resolutions and reporting
  • Manages budgets of Coalition organization and events
  • Develop and operationalizes strategy for marketing; the organization, Conference, Book, PWSAT, Podcasts, E-Journals, Toolkits, Blog and any other developed program
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase member/prospect engagement
  • Develop association membership and conference growth accountabilities
  • Seeks out and engages potential sponsors for annual conference, webinars, podcasts, etc.
  • Seek writers & stories for a blog and e-journal
  • Identify opportunities to build out “tool kits” to support organizations (for potential income stream & member benefit)
  • Support with setup and exhibiting at conferences
  • Serves as member of identified Coalition for Physician Well-Being Committees


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years in non-profit program management position
  • Advanced expertise in project management programs

Job Summary:

AdventHealth is the founding sponsor and sole member of a not-for-profit organization called the “Coalition for Physician Well-Being”.  This role will be responsible for organizing and managing all Coalition for Physician Well-Being growth and marketing opportunities under the leadership of the Executive Director and Board. The Business and Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing the membership, growing conference attendance and collaborating with other organizations to further the work of the organization.  This role will identify potential alignment and development of programming for both programs at AdventHealth and the Coalition for Physician Well-Being.

The Business/Marketing Manager needs to have a history of success growing a non-profit organization through partnerships, has developed a successful marketing plan/strategy and experience with identifying and creating a fundraising plan through donors, sponsors and grants.  This role will develop and provide actionable reporting information to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.  Excellent business and marketing management, organization, communication and documentation skills are required. Operations-focused, good decision-making skills, ability to work independently, flexibility, attention to detail, goal driven and ability to multi-task with shifting priorities are key to this position.  This role also requires critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and complete tasks in a timely manner. As a manager in the department, this role will require support to ensure the mission of both organizations are prioritized to promote our culture and mission.
